Cancellation and Refund Policy:-
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a booking. We invite you to review our cancellation and refund policy. The following terms are any of the conditions you book with us The service is applicable for.
Cancellations can be made 2 days or more before the Pooja event. There will be no refunds or return made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event. Refunds will not be provided for Poojas Cancelled on that particular day during that muhurth time due to any reason from the devotees side. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to help@namastejajmaan.com
A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 5-7 working days in original payment method.
If Namaste Jajmaan Digital Services offers a Pooja Service we do not issue refunds & return once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
If the seller has entered your desired location with the material ordered from Pooja Namaste Jajmaan, 30% will be deducted once the OTP is verified for the ordered material.
The money will be available in your bank account by original method within 5-7 business days.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:-
We do not consider cancellation, but in cases where the order was booked by mistake or duplicated due to technical issues from our payment gateway partner,
You can contact us for an order cancellation request by email on help@namastejajmaan.com. Any such request must be made within 3 days from the date of order booking.
We reserve the right to refuse to cancel any order that does not meet the above conditions in our discretion.
Conditions for Refund: –
Services will not be returned once booked and performed. Services that have been booked but not performed may only be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms.
